TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Reach HR platform and its associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Reach HR is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides an automated email outreach service for job seekers. The Service includes access to a curated database of professional HR contacts and tools to create, pay for, and launch email campaigns.

To use our Service, you must register for an account using either Google OAuth or an email and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for safeguarding your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: professional job-seeking outreach. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any of the following:

• Sending spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any messages unrelated to professional job seeking.
• Transmitting any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this policy, without notice and without refund.

Payments: All payments for campaigns are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By initiating a payment, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms and conditions. Prices for our campaigns are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.

Current Pricing Tiers (in INR, subject to change):

• ₹500 for 20 emails
• ₹900 for 50 emails
• ₹1500 for 100 emails
• ₹1900 for 150 emails

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the fully automated nature of our Service, once a payment is successfully verified and a campaign is scheduled, it **cannot be canceled or altered**. The process of reserving contacts and creating scheduled tasks is irreversible.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any campaigns, including but not limited to, campaigns that are partially completed, campaigns with low response rates, or for unused credits. The value of the Service is delivered at the moment the email tasks are scheduled in our system.

The sole exception is in the case of a verifiable technical failure originating from our platform where your payment was successfully captured but the campaign failed to schedule any emails. If you believe this has occurred, you must contact us at reachhr.app@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction, providing your Order ID and payment details. If our internal logs confirm a platform error, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a service credit or a refund.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of Reach HR and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership and all rights to the content you provide for your campaigns (e.g., your email body text and resume).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

REACH HR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE (SUCH AS EMAIL OPEN RATES, RESPONSES, INTERVIEWS, OR JOB OFFERS) WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
• THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF THE CONTACT DATABASE IS 100% GUARANTEED, AS CONTACT INFORMATION CAN BECOME OUTDATED. A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF EMAILS MAY BOUNCE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REACH HR, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC CAMPAIGN GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
