Reach HR is a digital platform that provides an automated email outreach service for job seekers. The service includes access to a curated database of professional contacts and tools to create, pay for, and launch email campaigns.
To use our Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: professional job-seeking outreach. You are prohibited from using the service to send spam, fraudulent messages, or any content that is illegal, harassing, or violates professional standards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Payments: All payments for campaigns are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Prices for our campaigns are listed on the platform and are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the automated nature of our Service, once a payment is successfully processed and a campaign is initiated, it **cannot be canceled**. The process of reserving contacts and scheduling emails begins immediately, incurring irreversible costs.
Refund Policy:
All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any campaigns, including for partially completed campaigns or unsatisfactory results. As a digital service, the value is delivered instantly upon execution.
The only exception is in the case of a confirmed technical failure on our platform where your payment was processed, but the campaign failed to schedule due to an error on our side. In such cases, please contact us at reachhr.app@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we will investigate. If a platform error is confirmed, we may offer a service credit or a refund at our sole discretion.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reach HR. You retain all rights to the content you create for your campaigns (email body, resume, etc.).
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee any specific results, such as job offers or interview requests. Our liability for any issues arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific campaign in question.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
